Questions about plans and fees
What counts toward Micro's 20 invoices?
An invoice counts when you send it or mark it paid. Drafts do not count. Recurring invoices are available on both plans and count toward the limit when they generate.
Which plan includes receipt capture?
Both plans include receipt capture with AI coding suggestions for your review. Micro captures receipts for its single company; Max adds unlimited companies.
Can I run more than one company on Micro?
Micro covers one company. Max supports unlimited companies, each with its own chart of accounts and base currency.
What are Setttle Payments fees?
Online invoice payments use Stripe. Setttle charges 1% of the online invoice total in addition to Stripe's processing and invoicing fees. Manual payments and existing Stripe connections have no Setttle payment fee.
Can I track vendor bills on either plan?
Yes. Both plans include vendor bills, Accounts Payable, and payment journals. Review and post a bill, then record one or several payments against it.
Is AI agent access included?
Yes. Every plan includes MCP access. Read-only and change permissions are separate; explicit posting commands have to pass the same authorization and accounting rules as the web app.
Can I switch plans or export my books?
You can switch plans without changing the ledger. You can export your books, source documents, and metadata when you leave.
How does the Max trial work?
Max starts with seven days free and no credit card required. Add a payment method before the trial ends to continue at $19 CAD per month. If you do not, the subscription cancels automatically and you are not charged.
